Adult Programs

What do Adult Practices look like?

Following a short overview of mindfulness and its benefits, you will have an opportunity to try different mindful tools/techniques to see what works for you. Experience a little "Ahh" for yourself and simply enjoy!

This time is all about YOU (when was the last time that happened)? Just dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and water bottle if desired. Yoga mats are provided if you do not have one.

There are a few ways to engage in the adult mindful practices. You can:

  • Join us at a scheduled 3-hour mini retreat. (Note that all proceeds from these retreats support a scholarship fund for children to join the Peace of Mind experiential series, and for teachers to participate in mindfulness training who might not otherwise be able to because of financial stressors).

  • Gather some friends or coworkers (10-15 is a good size!), talk with me about any particular interests, and I will bring Peace of Mind to your home or workplace. Nothing quite like peace-ing out with people you know!

  • Join us for full day retreats or full weekend retreats to really get away, nourish, restore, and build your practice!

Please use the contact tab for more information and dates.

Let’s create a life of more awe, joy, and wonder together! I look forward to practicing with you!
