Children

What and Why: Level 1

Our children are growing up in a fast and stressful world. Level 1 is a deep dive – a mindfulness experience that supports young children and helps them create a toolbox of techniques specific to what works best for them.

The Journey Continues: Level 2

Level 2 is a “deep dive” into interpersonal mindfulness –mindfulness in relationship and community.
